If for any reason you are not satisfied with your products just return them to us within 30 days from the date of receipt, and we will cheerfully refund your money, less shipping, and the 3% merchant fee. We want you to be satisfied and we go to great lengths to make our customers happy.
Ordering
You may order on-line, by phone, fax, or mail. If you have any questions about our products please call. We are available Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Mountain). After hours, select option 2 (for sales) and then press 2 again during that message. This will transfer you to our after hours line. If no one answers, leave a message and we will call you back. We check message frequently on this line.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards, personal checks, wire transfers, gold bricks, and the occasional horse trade. In most cases payment is required before shipping.
When will my order ship?
Small orders like letters, video’s and books are shipped within two business days. Most other are shipped within ten to fourteen business days, however, because many of our products are built to order, larger orders (like jump courses) may require additional time. Please inquire upon placing your order.
Shipping
We ship by Federal Express or UPS (ground and freight), depending upon the size of your order. We have excellent rates and will get you the lowest freight price possible for the product you order. Click on the shipping tab above for more information.
Cancellation
You may cancel your order at anytime prior to shipping. There will be a 5% restocking fee, if you cancel prior to shipping. If you decide to cancel after your order has been shipped, you will be responsible for all shipping charges and the 5% restocking fee.
WARRANTY
PVC Material - UV Guarantee
There is a 5-year guarantee on all our PVC material against yellowing, chalking, or fading due to UV damage. If this happens we will replace your product at no charge.
PVC Material - Breakage Guarantee
There is a 5-year warranty against breakage on all PVC Products under normal use and conditions. (This does exclude heavy equipment and transportation damage). Return the broken parts to Premier Equestrian and we will replace the broken part(s). If it is not possible to return just the broken pieces, send us a detailed photograph of the damage and we will send you a replacement item. The customer wil be responsible for shipping costs of the replacement item.
Polyethylene (HDPE) Materials
There is a 5-year warranty for both UV damange and breakage under normal use and conditions. (This does exclude heavy equipment and transportation damage). Return the broken parts to Premier Equestrian and we will replace the broken part(s). If it is not possible to return just the broken pieces, send us a detailed photograph of the damage and we will send you a replacement item. The customer wil be responsible for shipping costs of the replacement item.
Vinyl Lettering and adhesives
Adhesives on vinyl are guaranteed for 5 years, this includes Vinyl applications of letters, vinyl stripes, and material. Under normal use and normal exposure to UV.
Rock Facades
There is a 5-year warranty on Premier PolyPro rock facades, warranty includes breakage and discoloration under normal use and conditions. (This does exclude heavy equipment and transportation damage). Return the broken parts to Premier Equestrian and we will replace the broken part(s). If it is not possible to return just the broken pieces, send us a detailed photograph of the damage and we will send you a replacement item. The customer wil be responsible for shipping costs of the replacement item.
The bottom line is that we build our products to last. We will do what we can to help you to get the most life out of your Premier Equestrian products as possible.

Tracking information.
We will email you a copy of your invoice, which will also contain the tracking information for that shipment, on the day that your order ships. Some items ship from separate locations, so the invoice will only include those items that are shipping together. This does not mean that the items not shipped are backordered. If we are aware that an item is backordered, we will do our best to notify you immediately.
You are responsible for receiving the shipment.
The freight line will call to make a delivery appointment so be sure to provide a good telephone number for this purpose. Someone will need to meet the truck, inspect the items and sign for the delivery. Freight may be returned or storage charges may accrue if not received within 72 hours of notification. FedEx Freight's number is 866-393-4585.
If there is any sign of damage, accept the shipment, but make sure that you indicate that there is damage on the delivery receipt before you sign for it.
If you do not make note of the damage on the delivery receipt, we will be unable to file a freight claim, or send you replacement items free of charge. You will have to pay for the replacement items and shipping, and file a claim with the freight line yourself.
If there is damage, call us within one week with a list of items that were damaged so we can ship replacements out to you.
UPON RECEIVING A SHIPMENT:
1. Inspect shipment for damage. Torn, crushed boxes, punctured boxes, etc.
2. If there are any signs of damage, note it on the delivery receipt.
3. Accept all of the shipment.
4. Call Premier Equestrian within one week to report damage.
5. If any part of the shipment is damaged, we will ship replacements immediately and file a freight claim.
FedEx or UPS Ground
Any item that weighs more than four pounds, but is too small for freight, will ship via FedEx or UPS Ground. We will e-mail you a copy of your invoice and tracking information on the day your order ships. The order will be left at your door if no one is there when FedEx arrives. No signature is required.
US Mail (domestic).
Items that weigh less than four pounds will be shipped via US Mail. Some items will go First Class (3-5 business days). Books, tapes and DVDs will be sent via US Media Mail (6-10 business days).
Books, Tapes and DVDs.
Books, tapes and DVDs will be shipped via United States Mail, First Class and can take 2-6 weeks for delivery.
Items under 70 lbs, and less than $1,600 value.
These items will incur additional shipping charges. They will be shipped via US Mail Parcel Post, 2-3 weeks delivery and applicable taxes and duties will be collected from you by your postal service.
Items over 70 lbs, or more than $1,600 value.
These items must be cleared through customs prior to shipping. To assist you, we will send a copy of your order to our broker who will contact you to arrange for payment of GST and other applicable taxes. They will also charge a brokerage fee.
If you have your own broker that you would like to use, let us know, and then send your order information to them and have them fax the clearance form to us at 801-566-4112.
Shipping charges in our shopping cart are for the contiguous United Stated only, unless specifically stated on the item. We encourage our customers to use our on-line service, but be advised that some additional shipping charges may be assessed and will have to be paid prior to shipping, depending on your location.
